Where apps break on the Galaxy Z Fold5
Sleeping apps
One UI puts apps it sees as unused to sleep, and apps on the Deep sleeping list get no background work or notifications. Check notifications after the app has sat unused, and again with it added to Deep sleeping apps under Battery, Background usage limits.
Folding and unfolding
Fold and unfold in the middle of a flow. The app should move between the 7.6-inch inner screen and the 6.2-inch cover screen without losing what was typed, and work in split screen.
120 Hz screen
Scrolling and animations that look smooth at 60 Hz can stutter at a higher refresh rate. Check long lists, carousels and screen transitions.
Fingerprint login
Check the biometric prompt, a failed scan and the fall back to PIN or MPIN, and what happens after a new fingerprint is added in Settings.
5G, 4G and Wi-Fi switching
