Website quality checker
See what breaks for your Indian users: speed on a budget Android phone over 4G, phone and OTP forms, broken links, accessibility, security and search basics. Enter an address and get a report you can share.
Nine areas, about 60 checks
Speed on a budget phone
Google Lighthouse loads your page on a simulated budget Android phone over slow 4G: when the main content appears, how long scripts freeze it, how much it weighs, frame by frame.
Mobile layout
A viewport set up for phones, zoom left on for people who need it, and nothing wider than the screen.
Forms: phone, OTP, PIN code
Phone fields that open the number keypad and take a +91 autofilled number, OTP fields that offer the code from the SMS, numeric PIN code and Aadhaar fields, PAN in capitals, labels.
Broken links and images
Up to 25 links and 20 images on the page, plus images heavy enough to hurt on mobile data.
Accessibility
Labels, alt text, colour contrast and button names, from Lighthouse's accessibility audit and our own form checks.
Errors in the browser
JavaScript errors Chrome logs while the page loads, and Lighthouse's best-practice checks.
Security and trust
HTTPS and the http:// redirect, certificate expiry, mixed content, security headers and cookie flags.
Search and sharing
Title, description, indexing, robots.txt and sitemap, and the preview card WhatsApp shows when someone shares your link.
Indian languages and formats
Hindi and other Indian-language versions, the declared page language, and ₹ amounts in lakh grouping.
Problems a desktop test won't show
- Phone autofill often fills the saved number as +91 98xxx xxxxx. A field limited to 10 characters cuts it off, and the visitor has to type it again.
- Phones offer the OTP from the SMS as a one-tap suggestion only when the field is marked as a one-time-code field.
- Indian readers expect ₹12,34,567, not ₹1,234,567.
- Links shared on WhatsApp show a picture and title only when the page has Open Graph tags.
- A page that looks fine on office Wi-Fi can take seconds longer on a budget phone over a busy 4G network.
What it doesn't do
- It reads public pages only, never logs in, fills forms or pays.
- Lighthouse simulates a phone and a slow connection; it is not a real phone on a real Indian network.
- It checks the page you enter and up to four linked pages, not the whole site.
- Checks are fixed rules. A clean report doesn't mean the site works: it means these problems weren't found.
About the checker
Is the website checker free?
Yes, with no sign-up. Each person can run six fresh checks an hour, and a site checked in the last 24 hours opens straight from the saved report.
Is this the same as Google PageSpeed Insights?
The speed, accessibility, best-practice and SEO scores come from Google Lighthouse through the PageSpeed Insights API, so they match PageSpeed Insights' mobile test, give or take a few points between runs. The form, India, link and security checks are ours; PageSpeed Insights doesn't run them.
Can it check pages behind a login?
No. It reads public pages only: the address you enter and up to four linked pages such as login, sign-up, cart or contact. It never logs in, submits a form or pays. 99tests testers can do all of that, on real phones.
What do you keep?
The report, including Lighthouse's screenshot, for 30 days so its link keeps working. We also log which sites were checked, with the issue counts and any contact email the site publishes. Your IP address is kept only as a one-way hash, to enforce the limits.
How is this different from testing on real phones?
An automated check reads code and simulates a phone. It can't tell whether the OTP arrives on a dual-SIM phone, whether the UPI app hands people back to your checkout, or how the page behaves on a real 4G connection that drops in a lift. 99tests testers run your test cases on their own phones: from ₹9,999 + GST ($129), with a verified report in 3 business days.

Then run it on the phones your users have
99tests testers across India run your test cases on their own Android phones, iPhones and laptops, on Jio, Airtel and Vi. Fixed price from ₹9,999 + GST ($129), verified report in 3 business days.
