Where apps break on the iPhone 12
Background refresh and Low Power Mode
iOS delays background work when Background App Refresh is off or Low Power Mode is on, and asks for notification permission only once. Test with Low Power Mode on, and after denying notifications and turning them back on in Settings.
4 GB of RAM
On the 4 GB model the system closes background apps sooner. In the middle of a flow, switch to the camera or another app (a UPI app, if you take payments) and come back: the screen and anything typed should still be there.
Face ID
