Where apps break on the Realme 9
Background activity and auto launch
realme UI's battery settings can deny your app background activity and auto launch. Test with both switched off for your app: do notifications, OTP auto-read and scheduled work still arrive?
In-display fingerprint
Check your biometric login prompt, a failed or wet-finger scan, and the fall back to PIN or MPIN.
4G only
There's no 5G here. Test on a crowded 4G network, and on a weak signal in a lift or basement, where Airtel and Vi SIMs can drop to 2G.
Launched with Android 12
If the tester hasn't updated past Android 12, apps get notifications without the Android 13 permission prompt, and photo picking uses the older storage permission. Check both paths.
